We start by assessing your floor to determine the best course of action. Then, we provide you with a detailed quotation that includes the price,  floor sanding process, and products that will be used.

Once your floor is sanded to bare wood, we apply a primer coat, also known as a sealer, followed by at least 2 coats of water-based lacquer. You can also choose to have your floor stained, or finished with 2K floor oil. We recommend Pallmann, Loba, Blanchon, and Rubio Monocoat brands of wood floor finishes.

A newly refinished floor can increase the value of your home or business, and improve indoor air quality. We use low VOC finishes that can also include 100% solvent-free products, which makes the air in your home safe for your family.

Floor sanding removes layers of the old finish, which can contain harmful chemicals. The dustless floor sanding equipment we use removes more than 96% of the dust from the air in your home. Cleanup is minimal.
